Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and create a secure account through Supabase Auth.

Uploaded photos: When you use the Service, you upload two parent photos. These images are stored securely in private cloud storage and are only accessible by you.

Generated images: AI-generated baby predictions are stored in your account history until you choose to delete them.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide the baby face generation service; process payments and manage subscriptions; store your generation history so you can access past results; send important account-related communications (e.g., password resets). We do not use your photos or data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than providing the Service.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Face Baby:

• AI Provider (Google Gemini): Your uploaded photos are sent to our AI provider to generate baby predictions. Images are processed in real-time and are not stored by the provider after generation.
• Supabase: Handles authentication, database, and secure file storage.
• Stripe: Processes subscription payments securely. See Stripe's privacy policy for details on how they handle payment data.

4. Data Storage and Security

All uploaded photos and generated images are stored in private, encrypted cloud storage. Only you can access your files through signed, time-limited URLs. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls.

5. Data Retention

Your photos and generated images are stored for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual generations, all your data, or your entire account at any time from the billing settings page. When you delete data, it is permanently removed from our storage systems.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your stored data at any time through your account; delete individual generations or all your data; delete your entire account and all associated data; request information about what data we hold about you. 7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
