1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Face Baby ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Face Baby is an AI-powered entertainment service that generates fictional baby face predictions based on two uploaded parent photos. The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence models to blend facial features and produce an image. Results are for entertainment purposes only and do not represent actual genetic, medical, or scientific predictions.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may delete your account at any time from the billing settings page.
4. Uploaded Content
By uploading photos, you confirm that you have the right to use those images and that they do not violate any third party's rights. You retain ownership of your uploaded photos. We use your photos solely to generate baby predictions and do not share them with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., sending them to our AI provider for processing). You may delete your uploaded photos and generated images at any time.
5. Generated Content
Images generated by the Service are AI-created fiction. They do not predict or represent real outcomes. You may download and use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use generated images in any misleading, harmful, or deceptive way.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
The Service offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: upload images of minors without parental consent; upload images you do not have the right to use; attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Service; use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose; resell or redistribute generated images commercially without permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or reliability of generated images. AI predictions are fictional and should not be relied upon for any medical, genetic, or scientific purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Face Baby and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
